Welcome to ArcticSupply. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Buyer,” or “Customer”) and ArcticSupply (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing arcticsupply.net or placing an order, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using this website.

1. Age Requirement
By accessing this website, you certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. ArcticSupply strictly prohibits the sale of products to minors. By placing an order, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Laboratory Research Only
STRICT PROTOCOL:
All products listed and sold by ArcticSupply are sold strictly for laboratory research, analysis, and in vitro use only.
- No Human Consumption: Products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, administration, or ingestion.
- Qualified Handling: You warrant that you are a qualified researcher with the proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Misuse: Any indication that a customer intends to misuse a product will result in immediate blacklisting and order cancellation.
3. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research supplies and the risk of contamination, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products. This strict policy ensures the sterility and integrity of our supply chain.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or store credit. We assume responsibility for carrier damage or errors if reported within this timeframe.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only before the shipping label has been generated. Once a label is created and the order enters the fulfillment queue, it cannot be canceled.
4. Indemnification
By purchasing, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ArcticSupply from any claims resulting from the Buyer’s handling or use of the products. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for risks associated with the ownership of these materials once received, outside of the shipping damages clause listed above.
5. Right to Refuse Service
ArcticSupply reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect misuse or protocol violations.
6. Payment Security
All prices are in USD. We utilize secure, third-party payment processors. ArcticSupply does not store or have access to your full credit card information.
