Shipping Policy

• Turnaround: Orders ship within 24 hours of payment, 7 days a week (including weekends, excluding Sunday).
• Tracking: Automated tracking is emailed immediately upon label generation.
• Condition: Lyophilized products ship at room temperature. Please store according to vial instructions upon receipt.

Transfer of Ownership & Liability

We fulfill orders promptly. However, ownership of packages turns over to the Buyer once we hand the package to the shipping carrier.

• ArcticSupply is not liable for delays caused by carrier errors, weather, or lost/stolen packages marked as "Delivered."
• International: It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure products are lawful for import. We are not responsible for customs seizures and do not offer refunds for confiscated orders.

Returns & Refunds

• All Sales Final: Due to the risk of contamination, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
• Cancellations: Accepted only before the shipping label is generated.
